The software is ₹14,000 including 18% GST, paid once. The yearly maintenance (AMC) is ₹5,000 including 18% GST, per year.

New versions and improvements, phone / remote support, and help with backups and data.

Yes. It can run on the clinic computer, with no internet needed. It can also run on online hosting if you prefer.

Entries are made in English. The Marathi and Kannada names of medicines, tests and instructions are kept in the masters; choose the language when printing. Where a translation is missing, the English name is printed.

An A5 PDF — with the clinic name, logo, doctor details and signature. It prints on any printer.

Yes. There are Administrator, Doctor and Receptionist roles; for each role you decide which pages it may view, add, edit or delete.

There is no limit on patients or visits. Reception and doctor computers on the same network can work together.

Yes. Every screen also works on a mobile and a tablet.

Yes. Our team helps import patient and medicine lists from Excel / CSV.

Yes, common medicines and tests come ready. A new medicine typed in the OPD is saved in the master at once; a large list can be imported from CSV.

Passwords are stored encrypted, there is an automatic logout after 30 idle minutes, a list of logged-in devices and a lock after repeated wrong attempts. All data stays in your clinic's own database.

Set the next visit date in one click; the dashboard lists today's and missed follow-ups with the phone number.

Yes. The doctor and the receptionist are trained in Marathi / English. The software is simple enough to learn in a day.
